Security Setting-SSN on Employee Profile

How to get to this page: Configurations tab > Administration > Security Role

The security setting for displaying the SSN on the Employee Profile is found in the Security Role section.

1. Click the  Configurations tab > Administration > Security Role.
2. Click the appropriate role to open the Role page containing the security settings for that role.
3. In the Labor Manager section, click the Profile tab.
4. On the SSN line, you can select View or Edit. You can either click the circle to select the option, or click the anywhere within the "SSN" box to select all of these options.
